This eight week course is for potters who have the basics down and want to improve their throwing skills. Experimentation and fun are at the center of these lessons, with a new challenge to achieve on the wheel each week. Struggling to get taller or throw bigger. Want to learn new skills and techniques, then this course is for you. The course is for potters who can already make basic forms on the wheel. If you can center your clay and pull up walls confidently, then come join us! The class is 2.5 hours long, which includes clean up time. The course includes tuition, clay, glaze and firing costs (a maximum of 8 pieces will be fired - any additional pieces will be at an extra cost) Please bring your own apron to wear. If you cannot confidently make basic forms on the wheel such as cylinders or bowls, you should first follow our beginners wheel course
Course Dates
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately the course dates and times are fixed, and cannot be changed. We will however try to accomodate any missed classes where possible, unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation can be done up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the first day of the course. A full refund will be given less a €15 adminstration fee. After this date a 50% refund can be given up until 24 hours before the start of the course, after which the course is non-refundable.
